• Accessing the app requires creating a user account with a phone number and password.
• The user guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided for creating and using the account.

• Users can post tasks or offer to carry them out.
• The validation of any task is performed according to the rules established in the app.
• The precise validation, communication, and tracking rules are governed by the app’s internal mechanisms, ensuring security and transparency for both parties.
• The application targets adults only. It connects major users for sending or transporting packages and involves transactions, legal responsibilities, and the use of payment methods. The app is not designed for minors.

• A security deposit may be collected via secure payment services when validating a task to ensure users’ obligations are met.
• Payments are managed by payment providers compliant with international standards.
• JibColis does not retain banking information and has no access to it.

• Users can exchange information and documents necessary for performing tasks via tools provided in the app.
• Users must cooperate in good faith and comply with instructions and conditions provided by the app.

• Users agree to comply with applicable laws, especially regarding transport, customs, and safety.
• Publishing or transporting prohibited or regulated products by law is forbidden.
• Access to certain app features may be conditioned on verifying users’ identity via the secure methods offered by the app.

JibColis acts only as an intermediary and does not perform the transport directly. JibColis cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, or damages related to task execution.

All content and elements of the app (texts, logos, images, code, designs) are the property of Ellam Connect LTD or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

Ellam Connect LTD reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users are informed of any changes via the app and must accept the new terms to continue using the service.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes regarding the app or services will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
